Shakil Moollan
Chairman
Shakil Moollan brings over 30 years of experience across accounting, taxation, advisory, and corporate governance. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Moollan & Moollan Ltd and currently serves on several local and international boards.
Feisal A.K. Kathrada
Director
Feisal A.K. Kathrada brings extensive experience across finance, investment, and pension fund oversight. He holds a B.A. (Hons) in Economics and Social Studies from the University of East Anglia, UK, is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK, and currently serves as Chairman of the Trustees of the ILA Managed Pension Fund.
Riyad Neetoo
Director
Riyad Neetoo brings experience across finance, banking, and corporate leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Science in Finance and Investment Management from the University of Hertfordshire. After working in the banking sector in Mauritius, he served as Finance Director of the Furnicon Group of Companies and is now Chief Executive Officer of Dupont Cuisine et Rangement in Mauritius.
Abdoos Samade Jhummun
Director
Abdoos Samade Jhummun brings over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry across Mauritius, the Channel Islands, and Ireland. A former Chief Executive Officer of Mauritius Finance, he currently serves on the boards of Mauritius Finance and several funds and fund managers in Mauritius.
